                               RESOLUTION NO. 21285
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                  SECOND BIENNIAL INSPECTION OF WALNUT STREET
                  BRIDGE TO LICHTENSTEIN ASSOCIATES, P.C., FOR
                  THEIR QUOTED PRICE NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY
                  THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($30,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of the Second Biennial Inspection of Walnut Street Bridge 
to
       Lichtenstein Associates, P.C., for their quoted price not to
       exceed $30,500.00.
